1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed as consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options The purchase contract is concluded with FifthAvenue.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an unbinding online catalog. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. We will confirm the receipt of your order immediately by email.
We accept your offer within two days by
issuing a separate acceptance declaration by email or dispatching the goods or possibly carrying out the payment transaction through our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The execution time of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under "Payment"). The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text The language(s) available for concluding the contract: English
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery Conditions In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more information about shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment option, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one bank business day in advance of the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). A bank business day is any weekday except Saturdays, nationwide statutory holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. To pay the invoice amount via the Skrill service of the payment service provider Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, Grand Canal House Grand Canal Street Upper Dublin 4, D04 Y7R5 Ireland ("Skrill"), you must be registered with Skrill, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods are shipped, and the invoice is received.
Klarna Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately by Klarna. An address and credit check will not take place.

8. Liability We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:
in case of injury to life, body, or health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, in the case of guarantees, to the extent agreed, or to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on which the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, the liability is limited in amount to the damage that must be typically expected to occur when the contract is concluded. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
